You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering and facility domains to maintain a safe, clean, and functional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead operations across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas systems, STP, waste management, carpentry, and civil maintenance

✔ Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

✔ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC, installation, and servicing of key systems

✔ Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, statutory guidelines, fire safety, biomedical waste, etc.

✔ Implement energy-saving and water-saving measures in coordination with facility heads

✔ Handle team scheduling, task allocation, training, and performance monitoring

✔ Maintain engineering logs, compliance checklists, and infrastructure audit records

✔ Collaborate with biomedical engineering and operations teams for infrastructure planning

✔ Support facility expansion, renovation, and emergency response planning

✔ Ensure 24x7 readiness of critical systems (e.g., emergency power, oxygen supply, elevators, etc.)
