What You’ll Do

• Drive M&A tax assignments independently.
• Decode Income-tax, FEMA, SEBI, Co. Law, Stamp Duty into real client solutions.
• Deliver strategies directly to clients & partners.
• Guide juniors, shape teams, contribute to thought leadership.
• Support business development & growth initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• CA with 5+ years PQE in Big 4 M&A/Tax/Transaction Advisory (or equivalent).
• Strong technical grounding in Tax, FEMA, SEBI, Co. Law.
• Proven ability to lead teams + client deliverables.
• Analytical + commercial mindset with excellent communication.
• Ambitious, proactive, and ready for faster leadership growth.
