Little Learners Guide (Preschool Educator)

Location: Raintree Boulevard, Sahakar Nagar

Timings: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

As a Preschool Educator, you’ll lead a classroom full of wonder, guiding little ones through foundational learning while building strong connections with their families.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Teach with Heart: Plan and deliver playful, age-appropriate lessons and activities that spark imagination and encourage learning through discovery.
• Build a Beautiful Classroom: Create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where children feel loved, heard, and free to explore.
• Partner with Parents: Build trusting relationships with families, share progress regularly, and provide thoughtful, quarterly assessments.
• Keep Records, Thoughtfully: Document each child’s growth, development, and learning milestones with care and clarity.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–3 years in early childhood education (more experience is a plus!).
• Education: A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields preferred.
• Skills: You’re a natural communicator, patient by nature, highly organized, and truly enjoy working with young children.
