Job Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kannada Teacher to join our Kumarapark team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Kannada to school-age children in an engaging and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Kannada language (reading, writing, speaking) to students across grades.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with academic goals.
• Provide individual attention and support to help students improve.
• Conduct assessments and share feedback with parents/guardians.
• Coordinate with other subject teachers to ensure a smooth academic flow.
• Maintain a disciplined, caring, and joyful learning atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and development activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
• Prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable working with children of various age groups.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to student development.
• Must be available full time and work onsite at our Kumarapark centre.
