💼 What You Bring

✅ Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Kannada / Kannada Literature / Education (Kannada specialization)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (including internships)
• Native or near-native proficiency in Kannada
• Strong classroom management for ages 6–16

⭐ Preferred

• Master’s degree or B.Ed.
• Experience teaching Kannada as a first or second language
• Comfort with educational technology

• On-Site & Offline Role: This position requires you to work in person. Our teaching and collaboration happen offline to ensure meaningful educator–student engagement.
• Working Hours: Our general working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, aligned with student learning schedules.
