Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide round-the-clock care in wards, ICUs, emergency rooms, and OPDs under the supervision of senior doctors.

✔ Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for medical and surgical cases.

✔ Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g., venipuncture, catheterization, suturing, intubation) and emergency resuscitation.

✔ Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

✔ Rotate across core departments including medicine, surgery, OBGYN, pediatrics, and orthopedics.

✔ Participate in academic discussions, clinical case presentations, and journal clubs.

✔ Uphold infection control protocols, patient safety measures, and hospital ethical guidelines.

✔ Collaborate with nurses, lab staff, and other allied healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.

✔ Provide support in medical camps, rural outreach programs, and public health initiatives.
