Inside Sales & Recruitment Intern (Full-Time)

Location: Work from Office – North Bangalore

Joining: Immediate (This Monday)

Duration: 2–6 months (can convert to full-time based on performance)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + performance incentives

Work Days: 6 days/week

If you enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and learning how businesses actually hire and sell — this role is for you.

🧠 What will you actually do?

This is not a fake internship. You’ll work directly with live projects.

Your work will include:

• 📞 Calling candidates for recruitment (screening & validation)
• 🧩 Pre-sales calls to understand interest & eligibility
• 🤝 Inside sales support for our clients
• 📝 Updating call notes and basic tracking
• 🎯 Learning how hiring, sales funnels & negotiations work in real life

You’ll be trained, supported, and gradually trusted with more responsibility.

💡 What we’re looking for (no fancy degrees needed)

• Good communication & listening skills
• Comfortable speaking on phone calls
• Curious mindset & willingness to learn
• Discipline to come to office and do the work
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Docs, Sheets)

Experience not required. Attitude is.
