Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to emergency situations.
• Operate and manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as per ICU protocols.
• Assist intensivists in advanced procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.
• Maintain strict infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Educate and support patients' families regarding critical care management.
• Document and report patient progress and vital statistics accurately.
