We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-loving intern to join our HR dream team! As an HR Intern, you'll get hands-on experience across core HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources while learning from a collaborative and fun-loving team.

Who can apply?

• Students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in building a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Discretion with sensitive information—think HR's version of keeping superhero secrets.
• A team player who’s proactive, positive, and not afraid to ask questions.

What you'll learn and do:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and databases with eagle-eyed accuracy.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
• Learn how to respond to HR-related queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Collaborate with the HR team on ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Gain exposure to real-world HR challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Internship Details:

• Type: Full-time, On-site Internship (6 days a week)
• Location: Kumara Park, Bengaluru
• Stipend: ₹10,000 in-hand
• Start Date: August 2025
