K12 Techno Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead its national recruitment operations. With over 100 CBSE schools and a rapidly growing footprint, this role demands strong strategic vision, operational depth, and team leadership.

💼 What You’ll Be Driving

• End-to-end ownership of pan-India recruitment across functions
• Build, mentor, and manage a large TA team (executives to mid-managers)
• Standardize processes, implement metrics, and drive hiring excellence
• Manage senior hiring, bulk hiring, and recruitment planning for new school launches
• Collaborate with CXOs, HR leadership, and regional stakeholders

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment; 5+ years in team leadership
• Proven ability to scale hiring across multiple regions and roles
• Hands-on experience with portals, pipelines, recruitment tech/tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, data orientation, and execution strength
• Prior experience in education, retail, or multi-unit businesses is a plus
