The Role:

We’re looking for a relationship-building expert to lead strategic partnerships with India’s top IGE and IB schools. This is a unique opportunity to create meaningful collaborations and shape the future of education.

What You’ll Do:

• Build alliances with IGE/IB schools and institutions offering JEE/NEET coaching.
• Develop outreach programs that deliver value to schools and their leadership.
• Represent Sparkl at key educational events and forums across the country.
• Leverage your network to strengthen Sparkl’s presence in the education ecosystem.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 7–8 years in partnerships/relationship management, ideally in education.
• Network: Strong connections with IGE, IB schools, and educational institutions.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively.
