This role will focus on designing leadership programs, learning frameworks, and scalable training systems for Principals, Teachers, Business Leaders, and future leadership talent.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years in Learning & Development / Leadership Development

• Experience designing large-scale leadership programs

• Exposure to education / EdTech sector preferred

• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
