Lead HR for a growing manufacturing setup

We’re looking for a hands-on Head - HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on statutory compliance and factory HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
• Manage factory HR operations (attendance, shifts, discipline)
• Handle employee relations & grievances
• Lead a small HR team and drive execution
• Manage hiring and onboarding
• Build and streamline HR processes and SOPs
• Support audits and ISO compliance

What You Bring

• 5+ years in HR (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach
• Good stakeholder and team management skills
• Kannada fluency (mandatory)
