We are looking for a senior leader with an academic/program background who can bring strategic direction, depth, and creativity to these initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership for academic and cultural programs across 100+ schools and 25 cities.
• Integrate educational goals into every event, ensuring strong links with student learning and skills.
• Collaborate with subject experts and school leaders to design content-rich, student-focused experiences.
• Develop scalable event frameworks that schools can adapt while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Partner with principals, coordinators, and teachers for smooth, high-quality execution.
• Continuously innovate and refresh formats to keep them aspirational and relevant.
• Track outcomes — from student participation to learning impact — and refine programs accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in academics, curriculum, or co-curricular program leadership (essential).
• Proven experience in rolling out educational initiatives or student-focused events at scale.
• Strong ability to link learning outcomes with creative, engaging experiences.
• Leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels — from principals to subject experts.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
