We are looking for a Head of Events to lead these programs with strategic vision, ensuring they are not only memorable and exciting but also deeply rooted in learning and skill development. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in academics or program implementation, capable of translating ideas into high-impact, multi-school initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of academic and cultural events across 100+ schools and 25 cities.
• Collaborate with Arts, STEM, Astronomy, and Robotics teams to design student-centered, content-rich formats.
• Develop central event blueprints that schools can follow, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity.
• Partner with principals, teachers, and coordinators to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Innovate event formats annually to keep programs fresh, aspirational, and media-worthy.
• Track participation, engagement, and PR impact to measure success and inform improvements.
