🎯 What You'll Do:

• Lead the Economics department with vision, strategy, and academic rigor.
• Teach Economics to students of Grades 9–12, preparing them for IGCSE, AS, and A-Level examinations.
• Mentor and coach a team of educators to maintain excellence in curriculum delivery, pedagogy, and student outcomes.
• Design engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that connect economic theory to real-world events and decisions.
• Guide students through internal assessments, research projects, and external competitions.
• Collaborate closely with academic leadership on curriculum planning, assessments, and enrichment programs.
• Build a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and global awareness.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of teaching senior school Economics (Grades 9–12) in an IGCSE / IB / A-Level environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics; B.Ed preferred but not mandatory.
• Leadership Skills: Strong mentoring, planning, and departmental management abilities.
• Curriculum Expertise: Deep familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge/IB preferred).
• Mindset: Passionate about Economics, innovative in approach, empathetic in leadership, and committed to excellence.
• Adaptability: Ready to transition from a Gurgaon-based training phase (first month) to a permanent remote working model.
