Key Responsibilities:

✔ Independently perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries.

✔ Participate in elective and emergency surgeries including GI, endocrine, hernia, trauma, and soft tissue cases.

✔ Adhere to strict infection control, surgical safety, and clinical documentation standards.

✔ Engage in quality improvement initiatives, surgical audits, and M&M meetings.

✔ Participate in rural surgical camps, community outreach, and free surgery initiatives for underserved populations.

✔ Contribute to clinical research, surgical innovation, and academic publications.
