At Refining Skills, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships end-to-end - ensuring smooth communication, high satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Ensure clear, gap-free communication and strong engagement
- Drive client retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Handle accounts receivable follow-ups and ensure timely payments
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Resolve issues proactively with a solution-oriented approach
