At Refining Skills, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships end-to-end - ensuring smooth communication, high satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Ensure clear, gap-free communication and strong engagement
  • Drive client retention, referrals, and repeat business
  • Handle accounts receivable follow-ups and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Resolve issues proactively with a solution-oriented approach
