Your job is to inspire a love for Kannada, leading students to literacy, eloquent expression, and cultural pride.

• Linguistic Mastery: Design and implement a dynamic curriculum that covers Kannada grammar, literature, spoken fluency, and written composition across all grade levels (1–10).
• Cultural Immersion: Incorporate regional literature, history, and contemporary media to make language learning relevant, vibrant, and deeply engaging.
• Communication Focus: Utilize modern pedagogical approaches to ensure students achieve genuine proficiency and confidence in using Kannada in formal and informal settings.
• Assessment for Growth: Develop sophisticated tools that measure not just knowledge, but also fluency, pronunciation, and the depth of cultural understanding.

• Academic Rigor: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Kannada or a related linguistic field.
