Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the catalyst for learning by delivering Chemistry lessons that stick like glue! 🧪
• Lead the Science team — make sure Physics, Chemistry, and Biology get along like elements in a perfect compound. 🧬⚛️
• Mentor educators to help them bond with students and break down tough concepts without causing a reaction! 💥
• Design and implement innovative, experiment-worthy teaching methods and materials. 🧫
• Track student progress and provide feedback that’s more effective than a titration! 🎯
• Collaborate with management to ensure our science program is always in its prime state. ⚡

What We’re Looking For:

• You know your way around the periodic table and beyond! 🔭
• Familiarity with Biology 🧬 and Physics ⚛️ is a huge plus — because we believe in interdisciplinary reactions!
• Strong leadership skills — you can lead the Science department without any bonding issues. 🤝
• Excellent communicator who can explain science without causing static! 🎤
