About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with founders and business teams on real operational challenges. This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights and driving business decisions across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Convert insights into actionable business recommendations
- Build dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Work on process improvements and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Support projects in sustainability and carbon analysis
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Operations / Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel
- Ability to work on unstructured, real-world problems
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory)
