🔑 What You’ll Do
- Drive M&A transactions end-to-end: mergers, acquisitions, demergers, divestitures, buybacks, succession planning, and integrations.
- Decode laws and regulations (Tax, FEMA, SEBI, Company Law, Stamp Duty) and turn them into practical client solutions.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, valuations, and due diligence reports.
- Work directly with clients, counsels, and partners on high-stakes assignments.
- Spot opportunities to add value and build relationships.
- Mentor junior colleagues and grow into a future leader.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
- Must have worked in a Big 4 (M&A Tax / Transaction Advisory team).
- Confident in Income-tax Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, Company Law, Stamp Duty.
- Strong with numbers + strategy, not just compliance.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and simplifying complexity.
- Hungry to grow faster than the typical corporate ladder allows.
