The Role:

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and articulate Admission Advisor to connect with Sparkl’s premium clientele. This role is perfect for someone who can communicate with clarity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism while assisting parents and students through their academic journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with parents and students from the IB and IG community, ensuring they feel supported throughout the admission process.
• Schedule demos and guide families through onboarding with professionalism and care.
• Assist with payment follow-ups, renewals, and providing seamless customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for each student.
• Act as a trusted Sparkl ambassador, helping families understand the value and impact of our programs.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 3–4 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in education or premium services.
• Skills: Exceptional communication with a warm, empathetic tone, clear pronunciation, and an impressive vocabulary.
• Personality: Thoughtful, approachable, and trustworthy, with a non-pushy, consultative approach to client interactions.
• Mindset: A client-first attitude with the ability to handle high-end customers effectively and professionally.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Role Details:

• Shift: Full-time, 6 days a week (Sunday off).
