Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration professional to join our team in Sirsa. This full-time, entry-level position is perfect for a fresher with little to no work experience aiming to build their career in the administration domain. The successful candidate will engage in diverse administrative functions to support the seamless operations of our organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, manage, and present professional documents.
- Experience or training with Google Workspace to manage calendars, emails, and co-author documents efficiently.
- The ability to utilize project management tools to assist in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Strong data entry skills to ensure timely and accurate updating of various administrative databases and records.
- Experience or willingness to learn calendar management to schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments seamlessly.
- The ability to handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain customer data and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
- Familiarity with document management systems to organize and store company documentation safely and accessibly.
- Basic understanding of accounting software to assist in managing financial records and facilitate budgeting and financial planning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing office files, paperwork, and computer-based information to promote easy retrieval and efficiency.
- Coordinate and handle logistics for staff meetings, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary and ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
- Support senior staff with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and disseminate inter-departmental communications to ensure cohesive operations across the organization.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing queries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a secure and confidential environment for all company documentation and sensitive information.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, contributing to the smooth functioning and productivity of various teams.
