- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
- Determines project specification by studying panel design, customer requirements and performance standard.
- Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
- Manpower allocation and costing.
- Testing all types of panels and VFD programming.
- Commissioning and services.
- Supervision of fabrication and coating unit.
- Technical site support and arrange technicians to visit site.
- Replying client follow-up regarding panel delivery time, panel status, dispatching date through mails and phone calls.
- Regular follow-up of fabrication and coating vendor and outsourcing agencies.
- Arrange panel inspection.
- Documentation.
3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Engineer – Assembly, Engineer – QA-QC, Engineer – Procurement, Engineer – store, Engineer – design and engineering department, Engineer – Estimation, Director – Sales and Marketing, Manager – Technical, Director – Technical, Account department
- External: Clients and vendors
4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAILING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:
- Education: BE/B. Tech. Electrical engineering
- Experience: 9 years
- Basic knowledge of ERP software.
- Knowledge of excel sheets.
- Basic knowledge of 2D CAD software
- Knowledge of various makes and models of switchgear products.
- Knowledge of VFD.
- Basic knowledge of electrical faults
