Job Description - WORK FROM OFFICE (INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE)


  • Answering incoming and making outgoing calls.
  • Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
  • Maintain average call handling time.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Assist the customer in placing the order.
  • Fluency in English. (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali/Marathi) is an addition not mandatory.
  • Team player.
  • Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
  • Shift Adherence.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Attending and making voice calls and maintaining quality.
  • On-time login.
  • Maintain call quality.
  • Maintain average call handling time.
  • Assist the customer in placing the order.
  • Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) is an addition not mandatory.
  • Team player
  • Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
  • Send daily report.
  • Shift timings (Female - 7 AM to 4 PM, Male - 1 PM to 10 PM, and night shift - 10 PM to 07 AM)


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications


  • Freshers can also apply.
  • 2nd PUC Minimum
  • Good communication skills and critical thinking.
