1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Good Communication Skill( Tamil & English)
4. Handling for clients query & cold calling
5. Handling for all office activity activity.
6. General Computer knowledge ( word, excel & mail)
7. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary
8. presentable with all necessary stationery and material(e.g. pens,forms and brochures)
9. Provide basic and accurate information in- person and via phone email
