Job description :

*Tools knowledge must be required*

1.Thorough knowledge on GD & T Engineering drawing

2.Getting detailed specifications from customers and ensuring production as per specifications given by customers.

3.Deep knowledge of Press tools and machining

5.Selection of tooling materials and heat treatment process must be key knowledge

6.Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, Machined parts quality evaluation must

7.Industrial Engineering & product Development

8. Spring back calculation and suggest design to compensate in tools

9. Part quality analysis in geometry and advice tool room to implement countermeasures

10. Supplier parts BOP and LBOP incoming inspection knowledge must

11. New supplier development audit and supplier development

12. IATF certification audit faced and worked as a internal auditor is additional advantage

13. Hands on experience in manufacturing of sheet metal parts, dies & checking fixtures

14.Internal & external audit experience in customer buyoff activity 7QC tools, QMS, Root Analysis

15.CMM, 3D Scanning

16.Process qualification & validation
