Job Overview

The Information Technology Infrastructure Manager (Mid-Level) will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure operations at our Pune location. This full-time position emphasizes robust information security, compliance, and efficient management of technology systems, supporting Rosmerta Technologies Limited's vision for excellence and safety in the automotive technology space.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management (Mandatory skill), ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of critical systems across the organization.
• Certification as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated history of leading successful security and compliance audits at enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in Information Security Management System (ISMS) (Mandatory skill), with the ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve ISMS processes.
• Proficient in developing, implementing, and testing fully documented Disaster Recovery strategies and business continuity plans for large multi-site environments.
• Advanced vendor management skills to evaluate, select, negotiate, and monitor external technology partners and service providers for optimal operational excellence.
• Experience in conducting internal and external IT audits, remediating audit findings, and preparing all relevant documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Comprehensive understanding and formulation of IT policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices, compliance needs, and organizational objectives.
• Solid grounding in cybersecurity frameworks and controls, capable of identifying potential threats, mitigating risks, and fostering a robust security-first culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operation of network, server, storage, and cloud environments across business units.
• Lead implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to safeguard company data and assets.
• Coordinate ISO 27001 audits, act as primary interface with auditors, and champion remediation initiatives to achieve and sustain compliance.
• Develop, document, and periodically test robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans, aiming for minimal downtime and rapid recovery.
• Oversee selection, negotiation, and performance of IT infrastructure vendors, ensuring contracts and service levels meet organizational needs.
• Formulate, review, and update comprehensive IT policies, standards, and procedures in line with evolving industry standards and risks.
• Monitor, assess, and implement cybersecurity best practices, taking proactive measures to address security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT-enabled business process improvements, change management, and new technology adoption initiatives.
• Prepare and present technical reports, audit responses, and management updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
