Essential Responsibilities:
v Managing inventory of Finished Goods as well as transportation, and other logistics processes
v Developing new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
v Ensuring that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
v Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
v Liaising and negotiating with transporters to get optimum cost vs benefit environment
v Keeping a track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
v Performing data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
v Partnering and communicating with production and sales teams to avoid supply shortage
v Managing and developing the logistics team based at the Factory
v Complying with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
v Managing Manpower planning based on production plans
v Coordinating with Production Team for planned vs actual production
v Managing internal audits for Finished Goods and facilitating External FG Audit at Factory
v Planning for Vehicles and Alignment to designated routes for getting optimum cost
Personal Profile
Age: 30-38 years
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Commerce
Desired Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Desired Experience: 8-15 years
Desired Industry Exposure: FMCG
Desired Geographical Exposure: Should have worked extensively in East India
Language: Hindi/English/Bangla
