Job Overview

The Principal Officer - PMS at Rockstud Capital will be a Senior-Level, Full-Time position based in Mumbai. The applicant should possess a maximum of 10 years of experience in the industry. The role demands expertise in portfolio management services, particularly focusing on listed equities for achieving long-term investment objectives. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic team environment to contribute to our strategic goals.

The Firm has the PMS licence and looking to start fresh in launching new scheme and building the AUM from scratch. The role is entrepreneurial in nature and need long term mindset of the candidate.

Qualifications and Skills

• Portfolio manager experience with a deep understanding of portfolio management services, especially involving listed equities (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in data analysis to interpret financial information and predict future financial trends in a dynamic investing environment.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams towards fulfilling investment goals efficiently while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Extensive knowledge of investment management strategies that align with defined financial goals and client expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise in fund management to oversee the allocation, risk management, and performance reviews of investment portfolios.
• Equity research skills to assess and recommend stocks and securities for investments while maintaining comprehensive market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, regulators, and investors.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to strategize and implement innovative solutions for diverse investment portfolios.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement portfolio management strategies for listed equities that align with Rockstud Capital's investment objectives.
• Lead the process of analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities to optimize the performance of customer portfolios.
• Oversee daily fund management activities, including rebalancing portfolios and executing trades, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to design and refine risk management practices and investment strategies.
• Engage with investors, providing them with updates and reports detailing portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth equity research and utilize the findings to inform investment decisions and strategy modifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, economic changes, and financial regulations, ensuring strategic adaptability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, investment analysts, and regulatory bodies to enhance the company’s market position.
