Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a mid-level, full-time position at our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources, focusing on integrating HR strategies that align with our company's goals. This role involves managing essential HR functions with a strong focus on performance and service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, enabling efficient management of employee information and HR processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise in employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in salary processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in line with the company’s evolving needs.
- Familiarity with performance management systems to support the development and performance of employees.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution to address employee disputes promptly and facilitate harmonious work environment.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workplace culture.
- Applied experience in data-driven HR analytics to derive insights and optimize HR processes and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and refine onboarding processes and manage employee records using HRIS systems to enhance efficiency.
- Administer compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for all employees.
