Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships within the alternative investment funds (AIF) sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong lead generation strategies, expertise in private wealth management, and excel at client relationship management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead generation strategies with a focus on alternative investments and venture capital (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in private wealth management, with an emphasis on high-net-worth individuals and investors (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience as a relationship manager in the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a wealth advisor with an understanding of investment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge in asset management and the ability to implement strategic investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the AIF sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align investment solutions with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of Rockstud Capital's investment strategies.
