ELECTRONICS SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for Electronics Sales Executive to join our team. Please note this is an experienced-level position, suitable for recent Graduates having completed their Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics or Electronics & Tele-Communication (EnTc), Mechatronics, with minimum of 06 months to 2 years of Electronics Sales Executive experience, or someone at-least having worked as a Sales Engineer for Sale of different Electronic Products & Components.
Number of Positions: 02 only required.
Experience: 06 months to 2 Years’ experience in Sales/Electronics Sales profile, for Electronic Products & Components.
CTC & Salary Range: Rs. 2,80,000/- to Rs. 3,74,074/- per annum + Sales Incentive: Up to Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. (In hand Rs.18,000/- to Rs.26,000/- per month (Fixed) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits + Sales Incentives (Up to Rs.10,000/-) per month based on target achievement).
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Tele-Communication (EnTc) / Mechatronics will be preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written), Hindi and Marathi.
- Good Convincing skills.
- Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give Technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
- We are looking for someone who has knowledge and sales experience about Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.
- Basically someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

Job Responsibilities:
The Electronics Sales Executive will help to promote products of the company to customers/clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electrical, electronics, electronic parts or related products & services to customers/clients based on their needs & requirements (Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on).
The Major Job Responsibilities that the Sales Executive will handle are:
- Achieving Sales targets.
- Maintaining average margins.
- New customer addition and customer retention.
- Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult accordingly.
- Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to customers/clients as per their needs & requirements.
- Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
- Document Sales by creating and updating records of customer/Clientele profiles.
- Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
