Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and driven Field Marketing Executives to promote our CA/CMA Foundation and Intermediate courses. The role involves direct interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions to generate leads, build brand awareness, and convert interest into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and student hubs to promote Patshala’s CA/CMA courses.
• Conduct on-ground marketing activities like leaflet distribution, stall setups, and career counseling sessions.
• Organize and represent Patshala at seminars, education fairs, and career events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like school/college authorities and tuition center heads.
• Generate leads through direct interaction and follow up with potential students/parents.
• Maintain a record of daily visits, lead data, and conversion progress.
• Distribute marketing material and ensure brand visibility in assigned areas.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of field marketing or sales experience (experience in the education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of CA/CMA course structure is an advantage.
• Comfortable with local travel and outdoor work.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM tools for reporting.
