Job summary:
Our technology company requires a Business Development Representative with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate with kushal yuva program (kyp) center owners/ institute owners to tie up with our services and do an agreement
- Tie up with training partners for generating the candidates looking for job opportunities
- To maintain the daily progress report (dpr) on particular district and submit it to your respective supervisiors
- To maintain the field counsellors reports of all field counsellors
- Understand the needs of the individual person through field counsellors and plan to assistance for them
- Responsible for sales and delivery to meet the business targets in domain/location
- Be a single point of contact for customers addressing all the clients needs
- Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
- Achieve sales targets on monthly basis
- Maintain the sector wise data and work on it
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Qualifications and skills:
- BA or BSc degree
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in business sales or related market
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
