Job Role: UI/UX Designer

Experience Range: Minimum 4 Years of Experience as UI/UX Designer with Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products (websites, mobile apps, software).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product managers, developers, and other designers) to ensure designs align with business goals and technical requirements.

• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to enhance user experience.

• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continually improve user satisfaction.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to team members.

• Experience with user research methodologies, prototyping, and testing.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles (desired but not mandatory).

• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and processes.
