- Analysis & identifying OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) for the design improvement and VAVE.
- Initiate development Project, plan and coordinate for Prototyping.
- Performance verification and validation before launch in the market.
- Basic knowledge of Motor testing significant parameters like Head & Discharge also Manage performance as per market requirement.
- System Benchmarking and SWOT analysis of existing Electrical design of Submersible and surface mounted motors.
- Solar application Design & dev of AC / PMSM Motors to meet the MNRE guidelines.
- Selection and compatibility of Solar controller & VFD to optimize the output.
