  1. Ensure all daily accounting entries of every transactions is being recoded correctly
  2. Evaluate all Voucher's documentation to ensure all required information is available
  3. Ensure daily accurate Bank payment and receipt entry with its reconciliation
  4. Evaluate daily Expenses and approve the same (in line with policy and supporting vouchers)
  5. Periodic review and share Debtor's outstanding information to sales team 
  6. Periodic review and share Vendor's outstanding information to purchase team 
  7. Ensure daily Petty cash payment entries being registered correctly with reconciliation
  8. Timely and accurate Tax liability calculation and entry in the books
  9. Periodic review and present MIS reporting to management
  10. Monthly budget performance evaluation and preparation of next month Budget
  11. Facilitating Statutory and internal financial audits
  12. Timely and as per plan Fixed assets acquisition and maintenance
  13. Ensure to take decision on Bad Debt creation and written off in consultation with management
