Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Tea Master or similar role
• Knowledge of different tea varieties and their brewing techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace
• Ability to lift and carry heavy tea supplies
• Certification in tea-related courses or training is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea to employees and clients
• Ensure the quality and taste of the tea meets company standards
• Maintain inventory of tea leaves and other supplies
• Assist in creating new tea flavors and blends
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized tea preparation area
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling tea and related equipment
• Train new employees in tea preparation techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tea industry
