Qualifications and Skills

• Valid nursing license in the state of Kerala, India.
• Bsc nurse or general nurse
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of basic nursing practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Proficient in administering injections and performing routine medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing duties such as administering medication, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Prepare and administer injections as directed by the healthcare team.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during procedures.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
