Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager for our Accounts and Finance department, who will be able to manage and oversee the daily operations of the department. He/ She must also establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles for the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Formulate, implement & reinforce company's accounting policies and procedures

 Adherence to accounting standards & internal controls

 Standardization in accounting manuals & SOPs across all branches

 Finalisation of accounts & preparation of balance sheet

 Computation of Income Tax quarterly basis and TDS calculation for employees

 Responsible for budgeting & cash flow related activities

 Liaison with bank & departments for working capital & legal compliance

 Rendering all the services required for smooth internal audit process

 Ensure timely MIS, payment of taxes and all statutory compliances

 Generating MIS on monthly, quarterly basis

 Liaison with other operation teams for carrying out day to day to activities.

 Liaison with the auditors on day-to-day basis till the closure of audit.

 Software Assistance for IT team to design and implement the working structure

Required Skill Set

 Strong accounting background and understanding of accounting standards and Principles, financial statements, Direct and Indirect taxes, Companies Act and transfer pricing.

 Good communications skills, stakeholder management and status reporting experience.

Experience and ability in leading a team of 5-10 members.

 Have experience in process review, continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team.

 Should take ownership of his/her work and initiate required activities to get the results.
