Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Analytical Instrument Engineer to join our team at Ritsa Pharma in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a pragmatic approach to managing our state-of-the-art instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of related work experience and will be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our analytical instruments to ensure they meet the highest industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in instrumentation calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability of scientific measurements.
- Experience with LabVIEW for developing and maintaining data acquisition systems for research and development processes.
- Strong understanding of data acquisition systems necessary for capturing, analysis, and reporting data accurately.
- In-depth knowledge of spectroscopy equipment used to identify chemical compounds in drug products.
- Expertise in signal processing techniques to filter and interpret data generated by instrumentation systems.
- Practical experience with PLC programming to integrate control systems effectively within laboratory settings.
- Familiarity with HMI software to facilitate seamless human-machine interfaces, ensuring user-friendly operations.
- Capability in using CAD software for instrumentation design, enabling the innovation of efficient drug manufacturing solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot instrumentation issues to minimize downtime in manufacturing and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine instrumentation specifications for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements concerning laboratory equipment and processes.
- Design and implement improvements in instrumentation to enhance data quality and streamline production activities.
- Conduct training sessions for technical staff to familiarize them with new instruments and updated protocols.
- Stay informed of industry advancements to integrate innovative technologies that boost Ritsa Pharma's capabilities.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all inspections, calibrations, and corrective actions undertaken.
