Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Production and Design to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for designing innovative acoustic enclosures for diesel generators, ensuring compliance with CPCB IV+ standards and optimal noise reduction. Proficiency in SolidWorks and ProE is essential for this role.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing acoustic enclosures for diesel generators.
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and Pro-E.
• Ability to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with experience in simulations and analyses for validating design concepts.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with CPCB IV+ standards and other regulatory requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Additional Tools: Experience with noise measurement and analysis tools.
