Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ghaziabad

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Process sales orders, track their progress, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary product details.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, order status, and sales forecasts.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales performance analysis.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in lead generation activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or power solutions).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the diesel generator or power solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for sales order processing.
