Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our operations in the Delhi region. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of sales in the genset industry to drive growth, manage teams, and foster strong customer relationships.

Must Have:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Strong track record in sales leadership, particularly in the genset or industrial sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies that drive regional growth and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Data Analysis Proficiency: Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Excellent Command of Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Reading Habit: A strong reading habit to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new ideas.
  • Active on Social Networks: Strong presence and engagement on online social platforms to build brand awareness and leverage networking opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently within the region for client meetings and industry events.

Good to Have:

  • Educational Background: An MBA in Marketing or a B.Tech degree.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with genset market trends and competitor activities.

Compensation:

  • CTC: Negotiable
