Job Summary:

Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be proficient in VLOOKUP, MIS reporting, and comprehensive accounting practices to enhance financial efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Data Analysis & Excel Expertise: Utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Advanced Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Accounting & Compliance: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audit requirements).
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop budgets, control expenses, and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
• Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee tax filings, statutory payments, and audits to maintain financial integrity.
• ERP & Accounting Software: Work with Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems to streamline financial processes.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and implement controls for better financial stability.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent finance/accounting degree.
• Experience: Minimum [X] years in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong expertise in MIS reporting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the diesel generator manufacturing or similar industry.
• Ability to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
