Salary Rang - 8,000 - 13,000

> Recruitment:

- Managing the interview of third-party staff as per the approved strength with discussion with Area Manager.

- Screening candidates and calling for interview.

- Source the right candidates from the current database.

- Maintaining candidates’ details for current and future references.

- Coordinating with the candidates by giving them the full information about the job profile as well as the company's profile

> Joining & Exit Formalities

> Employee Engagement activity & Event Arrangement

> Employee Relations:

- Maintaining and building healthy and harmonious relationship among the employees and a growth oriented work environment within the company.

- Conducting monthly employee’s feedback activity to address their suggestions and issues.
