Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Reliance Retail. This full-time, mid-level position will be based in Noida or Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in managing warehouse operations effectively. The role demands strong leadership abilities and expertise in handling warehouse management systems to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of operations are maintained (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Able to work with all levels of staff to foster a collaborative and effective work environment (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Warehouse Management Systems to streamline and optimize processes (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to lead and manage a team with effective communication and motivational skills to drive performance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in KPI tracking to assess and ensure that goals and objectives are met consistently and effectively.
• Strong skills in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure availability as per demand.
• Effective team leadership abilities to inspire and guide the warehouse team toward achieving organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
• Implement and monitor adherence to warehouse policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure inventory management systems are effectively utilized to track and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Analyze and improve warehouse processes to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess operational success and implement necessary improvements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
