Job Purpose

To drive end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure timely deliveries of products to customers, DC and Distributors. Analyse and take decisions for ground operations, issue resolutions, stakeholder management and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day DC operations of DC processes such as inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, inventory, spares, transport, commercial and 3PL management.
• Monitor and minimize shrinkage by implementing an effective control mechanism.
• Ensure DC compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment for all logistics and distribution activities.
• Ensure wall to wall PI with IAC team, evaluate and investigate reasons for inventory variance.
• Reviewing Budget vs Actuals and monitoring operational expenses.
• Reviewing 3PL & transport vendor performance.
• Validating vendor invoices as per services received on ground and processing.
• Ensure capacity utilization of DC Space, infrastructure, resources and dedicated vehicles during peak period.
• Extend full support to stores during promo period and New store openings.
• Leading and managing a team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Identifying areas for process optimization, implementing best practices, and streamlining operations to enhance overall DC efficiency.
